Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing begins as soon as we receive your order confirmation by email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification to inform you that your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

At Tryvoll, we strive to make shopping as easy and cost-effective as possible. Therefore, we maintain standard shipping rates that are favorable to our customers. In most cases, our shipments are free unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Times and Types

Here are the estimated shipping times and types for your reference:

5-10 Business Days: International shipping with free shipping for standard products.

5-10 Business Days: Shipping to the Netherlands / Belgium with free shipping for standard products.

7-12 Business Days: International shipping with free shipping for large products.

7-12 Business Days: Shipping to the Netherlands / Belgium with free shipping for large products.

Note: While we do our best to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for any delays with the shipping service.

Return Policy

At Tryvoll, we understand that sometimes a product doesn't meet your expectations. That's why we've established a return policy to assist you in such situations. Here are the details of our return policy:

Return Period

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refund

For a return, we will refund the full order amount, excluding the return shipping costs. Please note that there are some items we cannot accept for return due to hygiene rules, but we will clearly indicate this for the product in question.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we kindly request you to contact us immediately via info@Tryvoll.com. Make sure to mention your order number and include a photo of the condition of the damaged item. We handle such cases individually and strive for a satisfactory solution.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days, which usually happens faster.

If you have any questions or changes regarding your order, please contact us immediately via info@Tryvoll.com. Please note that changes to your order are no longer possible once it has been shipped.

We emphasize the importance of carefully checking and entering the correct delivery address. Tryvoll is not liable for non-receipt of your order due to address errors provided by you. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping costs) and ask you to resubmit your order.
